Terms of service for FlirtyFly, an AI-assisted dating application published by AppLinker.

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms and conditions of use of the FlirtyFly application, published by AppLinker, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties. FlirtyFly is an AI-assisted dating application where AI clones interact on behalf of users to assess compatibility.
The FlirtyFly application is published by AppLinker — SIRET: 99365366600012 — Address: 78, Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Office 326, 75008 Paris, France — Email: [email protected]. The publication director is the legal representative of AppLinker.
Using FlirtyFly implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. Registration and completion of the AI onboarding interview constitute acceptance of these Terms.
FlirtyFly offers an AI-assisted dating service including: an AI onboarding interview to create your personality profile (AI clone), a multi-criteria matching engine (filters, vector similarity, AI-to-AI conversations), detailed compatibility reports (overall score and detailed axes depending on subscription), date proposals between compatible users, a credit system for platform actions. Services are accessible via web application (PWA) and native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
Access to FlirtyFly services requires a paid subscription. Three plans are available: Explorer, Connector, and Soulmate, each offering a different number of monthly credits and differentiated features. Credits are consumed by platform actions (AI conversations, viewing transcripts, expressing interest, photo reveals). Additional credit packs are available for purchase. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at each billing period unless cancelled.
To access services, you must create an account via magic link authentication (email) or OAuth sign-in. You agree to: provide accurate and up-to-date information (age, gender, location), not create an account if you are under 18 years of age, not create multiple accounts, not transfer your account to a third party, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By using FlirtyFly, you consent to the creation of an AI clone based on your responses during the onboarding interview. This clone reproduces your personality traits, values, and communication style to participate in AI-to-AI conversations with other users' clones. You understand that: the AI clone is an approximation of your personality and not an exact reproduction, AI-to-AI conversations are generated by third-party language models and may not exactly reflect what you would say, compatibility scores are indicative and do not guarantee a successful relationship, you can request deletion of your AI clone at any time.
You agree to use FlirtyFly respectfully and lawfully. The following is strictly prohibited: uploading inappropriate or offensive photos, or photos that do not represent you, using the platform for harassment, scamming, or fraud, attempting to manipulate the matching system or compatibility scores, extracting or collecting other users' data, using bots or automated scripts, impersonating another person. Any violation of these rules may result in suspension or deletion of your account without notice or refund.
By uploading photos to FlirtyFly, you guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to these images and that they faithfully represent you. Photos are stored securely and are only revealed to other users with your explicit consent (photo reveal during the date process). AppLinker reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate.
All FlirtyFly content (texts, images, logos, trademarks, algorithms, software, design) is the exclusive property of AppLinker, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or publication of these elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of AppLinker. AI-generated content (conversations, reports) remains the property of AppLinker, but you are authorized to view and use those concerning you for personal purposes.
Information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have rights of access, rectification, deletion, and portability of your data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
AppLinker strives to ensure the quality and availability of FlirtyFly services. However, AppLinker cannot be held liable for: the results of matching and compatibility algorithms, the quality or outcome of meetings between users, the behavior of other users outside the platform, temporary service interruptions for maintenance or updates, indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. FlirtyFly is a dating assistance tool and in no way guarantees the formation of a relationship.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits are non-refundable. Upon account deletion, your data is erased within 30 days in accordance with our GDPR policy. AppLinker reserves the right to terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will be notified to you by email. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction.
